E-Statements

Once you have signed up for Internet Banking, you are eligible to enroll to receive E-Statements. To enroll in E-Statements, click on "Documents" in your account while logged into Internet Banking. You can then "Sign up" and start receiving your statements electronically. To view previous E-Statements, log into your Internet Banking and click on your account, then click "Documents" to access your E-Statements. 

Common Questions 

We maintain 1.5 years account history in your internet banking. 
If both your loan and deposit account is with Exchange Bank, you can make loan payments under the transfer section of your Internet Banking Portal.

If you are trying to make a payment for an Exchange Bank Loan from another financial institution's deposit account you will need to do so through our Loan Payment Portal.

If you are trying to make a loan payment at another bank with your Exchange Bank deposit account, utilize the Bill Pay feature in your Internet Banking Portal. 
Yes. Visit the ATM/Debit Card tab in your Internet Banking Portal and check the Lost/Stolen and Reorder boxes and click submit. Your card will be cancelled and a new one issued to you. 
We do not recommend using a web browser on a mobile device to access your accounts online. Download our EXCH Mobile App on your smart phone for the best user experience. 
On the Main screen of your Internet Banking Portal, click on the transfer tab and select "new".  You will then be prompted to select which account to transfer from, which account to transfer the funds to, the amount, date and frequency if you wish to set up reoccurring transfers. 
To add a third party, such as an accountant, to receive your monthly statements, you first need to be enrolled in e-statements. Next, click "Documents" in your online or mobile banking. Then select the "Additional Recipients" tab. Add the recipient by creating a username, providing their email address, and assigning a secure pin that they will use to download the statement when it becomes available. Next, "Assign Documents." From this screen, you can add all accounts or just select accounts to be received. Once you have completed these steps, be sure to share the secure pin you created with the recipient.
